So proud of my nephew, Julien, for his social studies project — From Farm to Table. 🦞🌾

He walked through the crawfish process and even interviewed me at Teche Valley Seafood.

It was such an honor to teach him, knowing he’s now teaching others.
Moments like these remind me how important it is to pass down knowledge, culture, and pride in where our food comes from.

Watching the next generation learn, ask questions, and share what they’ve learned is truly a blessing.
