S’more Nachos just landed on the tray and it’s love at first bite 🔥🍫

Toasted mini marshmallows, graham cracker pieces, and warm chocolate….this is what happens when my owner decides s’mores needed a glow-up. Come see us at the dakotacountyfair and grab a tray for yourself. Want to take it over the top? Add the Nutella drizzle for a little extra magic. 🚚💨 Momma S’moremobile here!

Big dakotacountyfair energy today — my boss keeps running into fellow food truck/trailer folks out here, and one reunion was extra sweet. Turns out ggpetitesweets got their trailer wrapped this winter at chameleonconcessions, same warm shop I was hanging out in! Small world, big fair. 🚛✨

They rolled by and dropped off these deep fried brownies with caramel and blueberry dipping sauce and let me tell you….I wanted IN. 😢 But alas, I’m strictly a gasoline-only diet over here, and honestly I don’t think I was getting a bite anyway — these things were gone in literal seconds. Didn’t even pause for a gooey-brownie-center pic before they disappeared. 🤦‍♂️🤤

🚐✨ Guess who’s rolling back into Hunter’s Crest?!

I am SO excited to be heading back to the Minnetrista neighborhood for their National Night Out! Y’all made such an impression on me back in May that apparently the requests came pouring in for a S’moremobile reunion….be still my little gas-guzzling heart. 🧡

There’s nothing better than a summer evening surrounded by neighbors, kids running around, and the smell of toasted marshmallow drifting through the cul-de-sac. Can’t wait to fire up the oven and see so many familiar faces again!

Tonight the S’moremobile is dressed up for a special one 🎭✨ We’re rolling out for the Children’s Theatre Company board event, and honestly? These are our favorite nights. There’s something about serving an organization that spends its days giving back to kids and the community….feels like a perfect match for what we’re all about.

Private events are kind of our love language. Whether it’s a board dinner, a company party, or a backyard celebration, we love bringing a little campfire magic (and a whole lot of s’mores) to the people who show up for their communities.

Another day, another event for the S’moremobile! 🚚✨ This time we’re excited for our first trip to Infinite Campus for a mid-day snack for the employees. What a beautiful campus, and we love their story and products - TechEd, keeping students, parents and teachers informed in today’s digital age.

Pretty accurate description of the ‘87 S’moremobile and its middle-aged owner too - many nights after long events, we both feel pretty limited in mobility 😂

🔥 FIREFLY S’MORES FAM 🔥

Confession time: my owner has been MIA on posts lately and it’s 100% my fault for not dragging him back to the keyboard. The man just survived a full week of USA Cup, rolled straight into a corporate event, then a hometown lacrosse night last week — the guy’s been living out of this truck. At this point I’m considering charging him rent. 😅

But tonight hit different. We got to help SLP Girls Lacrosse celebrate the end of their 2026 summer season, and they out-did us. The organization made these adorable custom tickets for the girls to redeem their s’mores — be still my toasted marshmallow heart. 🥍🍫

And in true full-circle fashion — my owner (yes, he coaches the 10U team too, wearing ALL the hats) got presented with a Yellow Card Award from the head coach, commemorating the actual yellow card a ref handed him at the season’s last tournament. Not exactly a trophy he’s bragging about… but ask him and he’ll tell you he’d do it again in a heartbeat if it means protecting his players from a blatant cross-check. That’s coach energy right there. 🟨
