Big, full-circle weekend for this old girl! 🚚✨ Before there was a Firefly S’mores fam, there was just my owner….an IPA diehard who used to park himself right here at Steel Toe Brewing for their Size 7 (and that magical Size 11 release every 1/11). Never in a million miles did he think he’d be back….running a s’mores truck in their lot!

So today it’s extra special to roll up and help Steel Toe celebrate 15 years. Watching them grow from a cozy little taproom into this whole building with the gorgeous patio? Inspiring doesn’t even cover it. Supporting fellow local businesses is baked into everything we do — it’s the same reason you’ll find northernsoda and mndairylab ice cream on board with us. 🧡

Come toast 15 years of Steel Toe and grab yourself something gooey while you’re at it — we’re parked and glowing 2-6pm today AND tomorrow. See you in the lot! 🔥🍫

🔥 Today the S’moremobile rolled up to the jonnypops annual company picnic and WOW, what a lineup! 😍 We’re talking acai bowls, wood-fired pizza, BBQ, shawarma, gourmet salt-crusted everything….it took real restraint not to abandon our post and go sample everybody else’s menu. 🚚✨

There’s something so special about a parking lot full of trucks doing what they love — good food, good company, good vibes all around. And getting to be the dessert stop after a day like that? Chef’s kiss. 🤌

Huge thanks to the JonnyPops team for having us out to celebrate with you….what a way to treat your people! 🍦🔥

Seven days, 77 hours, and more s’mores than we can count later — the dakotacountyfair 2026 is officially in the books! 😮‍💨

Swipe through: home base for the week, THE tray that had everyone stopping mid-walk 👀, and the best surprise of it all….my two girls stopping by the truck to visit on Saturday. 🥹 After 70+ hours in, that visit hit different. Missed them all week.. 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

S’more Nachos just landed on the tray and it’s love at first bite 🔥🍫

Toasted mini marshmallows, graham cracker pieces, and warm chocolate….this is what happens when my owner decides s’mores needed a glow-up. Come see us at the dakotacountyfair and grab a tray for yourself. Want to take it over the top? Add the Nutella drizzle for a little extra magic. Fair warning: after this, campfire s’mores are gonna feel a little….basic. 🏕️➡️🌟

🚚💨 Momma S’moremobile here!

Big dakotacountyfair energy today — my boss keeps running into fellow food truck/trailer folks out here, and one reunion was extra sweet. Turns out ggpetitesweets got their trailer wrapped this winter at chameleonconcessions, same warm shop I was hanging out in! Small world, big fair. 🚛✨

They rolled by and dropped off these deep fried brownies with caramel and blueberry dipping sauce and let me tell you….I wanted IN. 😢 But alas, I’m strictly a gasoline-only diet over here, and honestly I don’t think I was getting a bite anyway — these things were gone in literal seconds. Didn’t even pause for a gooey-brownie-center pic before they disappeared. 🤦‍♂️🤤

Pro tip from your Firefly S’mores fam: find us right near Squeals on Wheels pig racing — you can watch some pigs hustle, then come hustle over for a s’more that’ll make you forget you were ever craving anything else. 🐷💨🔥
