Every year I say I’m going to do a big promotion for our Wi***es Anniversary..but much like every other year this is a crazy time. When I started this crazy journey on Sept 17th, 2012 I had a 1 year old, 2 year old, 5 year old, 7 year old, 14 year old and 17 year old. Any free time I had I was chasing kids. Well, today I’m still chasing my kids and we’ve added grandkids to the mix. I try to hang out with them any chance I can get! My point is, every year I want to do something special to celebrate another year doing what I love to do but life is hectic…and what a life it is!! I am so blessed! I am honored to say that I get to spend every day working along-side some of the best people I know! My staff is top-notch and I couldn’t do what I do without any one of them. They are not just my employees but they are my friends too. Did I mention how blessed I am? 😊
This crazy job comes with some pretty darn-good and loyal customers too. I love seeing my regulars come in and meeting up with friends or family just as much as I love seeing new faces who I look forward too impressing with our fabulous customer service, our capable kitchen staff, our variety of menu items and how awesome our cold b**r tastes on a hot, summer day.
Every day brings forth a new challenge, sometimes an obstacle but hopefully a reason to get up and do it all again tomorrow.
Thank you to my family for all the years of supporting me, for sometimes missing me in the stands at a game, for having to make your own suppers on occasion and also working beside me in the kitchen, in the restaurant or at a catering. It’s truly a “family business” and when you support Wi***es you are helping me to also support my family.
Thank you for the last 14 years and cheers 🍻 to many more..how many more years you say?? As many as my body can handle and as long as I can continue to employ fine people to help me to help serve you then I will keep going!
