We're honored to introduce Chef Jacob Hilbert, the culinary force behind revl&co.

An award winning chef with more than 30 years of experience, Jacob has built his career in some of the country's most respected kitchens. From Wilmington, North Carolina, to Santa Fe, New Mexico, and closer to home at Kansas City's acclaimed Stock Hill, his journey has shaped a culinary perspective that is both refined and approachable.

Known for his thoughtful approach to modern American cuisine, Jacob's cooking is rooted in craftsmanship, precision, and a deep respect for ingredients and place. His menus celebrate seasonality and flavor while creating experiences meant to be shared around the table.

As we prepare to open our doors, Chef Jacob is leading the creation of a menu that reflects everything revl&co stands for: excellence, hospitality, and connection.
