As we closed our Birdies chapter in December - we knew we would be coming back with something big!

So we took a risk. Built something from the ground up. And went all in.

Introducing XO Fire — our new wood-fired food truck bringing bold, fresh flavor straight to the streets 🔥🍕
And yes… Chef Michael is back 👨‍🍳🔥
Same passion. Elevated game. Whole new energy.

Our first event kicks off May 12th — and this is just the beginning.
This has been months of hustle, late nights, big bets, and belief — and we’re ready to show you what’s next.
