We would like to share that Lapita Restaurant has been sold to new owners. As we close this chapter after 14 wonderful years, we want to express our gratitude for the support and the connections we've made in this community. Your kindness has been appreciated, and we will miss our time here 💚

Dear customers,

It probably seems strange to close the restaurant for an extended period of time, but most restaurants, if any of the team members are suddenly called away or have to address a family emergency, there is a team to ensure the business goes on. With our predicament, it's just two people, so we have to close to attend to those matters. With short staff and a family emergency, it was difficult to continue operation. Our mom (Mariam) was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and a long break was needed to take care of her as she was going through treatment.
We truly apologize for the inconvenience and we thank everyone for all of your heart warming support. We will keep you posted for any future closures.
Normal business hours will resume tomorrow, Thursday, November 15th.
