Thank you everyone for your support. I'm up and running my own restaurant at 411 Jules downtown in the court house basement. I've been working hard on providing a good home cooked meal at a reasonable price. Everyone has been enjoying my food.
Please stop by Momday-Friday 730a-3p. Thank you friends and family for your confidence.
Most of all I give thanks and praise to my heavenly father for the gift of cooking. Thanks to my loving parents Johnnie & Lucille Williams. I know my father's spirit is with me. RIP daddy.

Hello all my friends and supporters, Thank God I finally have a small kitchen to run my business. I will be located in the courthouse .411 Jules St. Joseph, Missouri. I know going though security may be a drag but it will be worth it. All the food I cooked at the events downtown and civic center with be there. Homemade Tamales, Smoked Pulled Pork, Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, Chili Cheese Dog, Nacho & Tamale Combo and Smoked Pulled Pork & Nacho Combo. I also have a few new items, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Salad Sandwich and Tuna Salad Sandwich on Ciabatta Rolls. Homemade soup cooked daily. Also pies and cakes
My opening day is on September 24th. Hours 10a-2p. Mon-Fri. Please continue to support my new business. Much love for the support already given. Thank-you for all the prayers.
