Leafy greens, crispy corn tortilla strips, seasoned grilled chicken breast, queso fresco, cilantro limon dressing, sliced avocado and salsa maize.

Should we call today, Wingsday? 6 wings and a side is the lunch special everyday. It's hot out so I suggest the Sriracha Lime Sauce. If you ask I'll tell you the complete history of the Rise of Sriracha in America.
Yesterday a couple of guys asked about a dry rub, I said it's not that kind of place. I wish they had laughed. Anyway I suggested Buck Naked because the wings are Seasoned before smoked and that flavor stays with it, doesn't need sauce.
