This month the featured menu selection pairs two ingredients that is the baseline for any pizza-- it's The "Standard" ($27+tax). Mama Isabella's Pepperoni & fresh mushroom. The signature spicy/sweet pizza sauce is patterned after a 50-year old family recipe made with marsala red wine, fresh garlic, oregano and ten other ingredients. This makes it spicy & sweet & robust. It's chocked-full of antioxidants! The dough is made with extra virgin olive oil which is more beneficial than most. Due to an impending & prolonged heat wave pushing temperatures above safe levels evening dinner services beginning tonight will be suspended until further notice. The heat combined with oppressive humidity just makes it unsafe to operate The Mobile Pizza Kitchen. We will still be operating during lunch hours but in a limited capacity.
