You know us for Woodfired Wednesdays, but there’s something new happening at Rolling Ridge — and we would LOVE for you to be part of it.

SECOND SUNDAYS ARE HERE!

We’re opening our doors each month for a Sunday experience created specifically for our local community, featuring local vendors and small businesses for you to explore, shop, connect, and enjoy.

And SEPTEMBER IS FOR THE FAMILY. We’re kicking things off with FREE FAMILY PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES throughout the property.

Bring the family, bring a friend, wander the beautiful Rolling Ridge grounds, capture some memories, and support some incredible local photographers while you’re here.

We’ll also have seasonal light bites and desserts, plus our cash bar featuring seasonal cocktails and mocktails. If you love coming out for Woodfired Wednesdays, we think you’re going to love this too.

🔥🍕 LAST WOOD FIRED WEDNESDAY OF THE SEASON! 🍕🔥

Can you believe it?! Tomorrow, August 26th, is our LAST Wood Fired Wednesday of the season!

We’ve had such an amazing year, and we can’t thank everyone enough for coming out, enjoying some pizza, supporting our vendors, listening to live music, grabbing a drink, and making Wood Fired Wednesday such a fun part of our summer! From week to week, we’ve loved seeing familiar faces and welcoming new ones, and we’re so grateful for all the memories made this season!

So let’s make our final Wednesday one to remember! 🎉 Come out, grab your favorite pizza, enjoy the evening, and celebrate the end of another incredible season with us! 🍕🎶

✨ Vendor Spotlight – Wandering Cow Ice Cream ✨

Nothing pairs better with wood-fired pizza than a sweet treat! 🍦🐄 We’re excited to have Wandering Cow Ice Cream joining us again at Wood Fired Wednesday this season!

Here are a few fun facts about Wandering Cow!!

🍦 In addition to their shop in St. Joseph, they take the sweetness on the road with their ice cream truck! They serve events, corporate gatherings, graduation parties, weddings, and community celebrations all across Central Minnesota.

🐄 Wandering Cow is a family-owned business, so at any given time, you might see one family member- or the whole crew - behind the counter, ready to serve their St. Joe community!

Make sure you stop by and grab a scoop of some amazing ice cream when Wandering Cow joins us again on August 19th!

✨ Vendor Spotlight – Thirty Four Oaks Boutique ✨

Meet Amber, the smiling face behind Thirty Four Oaks Boutique! 💗 Take a minute to get to know the amazing woman behind the boutique before she joins us for another Wood Fired Wednesday on August 12th!

💇🏼‍♀️ Before Thirty Four Oaks, Amber spent 13 years as a hairstylist, helping people feel confident and beautiful. Today, she still gets to do just that - just in a different way!

✂️ She spent the final years of her hairstyling career at Poppy Salon in Waite Park while building Thirty Four Oaks on the side. Eventually, she took the leap and made the boutique her full-time dream.

🏡 Thirty Four Oaks began in 2019 in a bedroom in her basement with nothing more than a dream and a few clothing racks.

🌿 The name "Thirty Four Oaks" comes from her family's home on County Road 34, surrounded by beautiful oak trees. Their dream was always to build a boutique in the country, and the name couldn't have been more perfect.

🛍️ In March 2024, that dream became reality when the first storefront opened in Cold Spring.

🚚 Then in May 2026, Thirty Four Oaks hit the road with the addition of a mobile boutique, bringing fashion to communities and events across Central Minnesota!

💗 Amber's favorite part of owning Thirty Four Oaks isn't just the clothing—it's the people. She loves meeting new faces, building friendships, and creating a welcoming space where every woman feels comfortable.

😊 Whether she's helping someone find the perfect outfit or simply sharing a conversation, she's passionate about making every customer feel seen.

💖 Her goal is simple: for every woman who shops with Thirty Four Oaks - whether in the storefront or the mobile boutique - to leave feeling a little more confident, encouraged, and cared for than when she arrived.
