The Ribcage

The Ribcage The Ribcage was started as a food truck in 2016. We took some time off and decided to open a brick and mortar.

Permanently closed.

Kitchen open until 9pm Sunday-Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday

09/25/2026

After 5 years of serving St. Joseph we are sad to announce that The Ribcage will not be reopening after our week off. This has been a difficult decision to make. With the current economic climate, cost of goods, and new restaurant trends we have decided to close our doors. We appreciate all the love and support we have received throughout the years.

09/20/2026

Due to unforseen circumstances we will be closed for maintenance and repairs until 9/26/2026. Thank you for your understanding and support!
