I’m back from my trip (really needed) and I’ll start baking. I was going to make a cheesecake today, but we were getting rainstorms (a lot of rain) and I didn’t want to be baking and the electricity to go out while the cheesecake is baking. I got ingredients to make a Biscoff cheesecake. I’ll try to make it tomorrow.

Nutter Butter Oreo Cheesecake is a peanut butter cheesecake with chunks of nutter butter cookies and chunks of Oreo cookies. Crust is Oreo cookie crumbs and Nutter Butter cookie crumbs. Cheesecake is topped with semisweet Ghirardelli chocolate ganache and homemade whipped cream piped on top with both cookie crumbs swirled in it. I made this for my niece. She was hungry for cheesecake. She was going to get cheesecake.

I made Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Cookies topped with extra chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Then, sprinkled with flakey sea salt. I made these again because I insisted to my sister I would make these for her. I am excited the flaky sea salt is on it too. Last time i made these, I didn’t have the sea salt flakes.
