2021 Cameron Elks BBQ Cook Off is in the books. A few items of interest:
- Great hosts. Carl and Ed made sure our first time was manageable
- Thanks to the other teams that stopped by, welcomed us and gave advice. We don't necessarily remember who you are for an official shout out, but thanks anyway
- What a great learning experience. Though our results didn't improve from day 1 to day 2, our scores did, despite some unexpected complications.
- Next competition? No idea, but there will be one. Slept for like 14 hours last night and still waking up.

Our first competition since our inception like 5 hours ago will be this weekend at the 2021 Cameron Elks BBQ Cook Off. If you are in the area stop by and say hi. We will be the team with no banner or flags to show off who we are or advertise our presence. Look for a tandoor cooker and a rather large man in a kilt. Don't ask....
