NOW HIRING: WAITSTAFF + HOSTS
We’re fortunate to already have some amazing people on our front-of-house team and people who show up, work hard, smile, take great care of our guests, help their coworkers, and take pride in what they do.
We’re looking for more people who can bring that same energy.
At 98 Mill, we want every guest who walks through our doors to feel welcomed and leave feeling like they received great food AND great service.
For us, that starts with having the right people on the floor.
We’re looking for people who:
✅ Want to be at work and come ready to work
✅ Are reliable, if you’re scheduled, your team can count on you
✅ Greet people with a smile and genuinely enjoy interacting with guests
✅ Stay busy and look for ways to help instead of waiting to be asked
✅ Understand that great service is a team effort
✅ Can put the phone away for a shift and be present with our guests and coworkers
✅ Take pride in doing their job well
For our waitstaff positions, experience is definitely a plus but personality, reliability, work ethic and the ability to take great care of people are incredibly important to us.
We already have team members who set that standard every day.
We’re not trying to reinvent our team but we’re looking for more people who can match the work ethic, attitude and customer service of some of the great people we already have.
If you’re the type of person who walks into work with a smile, is ready to hustle, wants to make money, and wants guests to leave happy, we want to talk to you.
Weekend availability is a must.
