Gluten-free and oh so CRUNCHY. 😩🔥

Our Chicken Katsu is made with gluten-free panko and cooked in our dedicated gluten-free fryer for that crispy, golden crunch you’ve been missing.

Be honest… is this one of those foods you thought you’d have to give up after going gluten-free?

Recently, we added our new GF markers to every gluten-free dish that leaves our kitchen. Happy to say they’re officially in action, and guests are loving them! 🙌🏼

But we haven’t stopped there. We’ve also been working behind the scenes to refine our gluten-free teriyaki sauce, ( shown in the picture is our GF Teriyaki Shrimp), and the response has been incredibly encouraging.We’ve even had guests tell us they prefer the new GF version to the Non-GF!

For us, creating a great gluten-free dining experience isn’t something we’ll ever consider “finished.” We’re always experimenting, refining recipes, listening to your feedback and looking for ways to make things both better AND safer for our GF community.

Keep the feedback coming. We really do listen.

Wanted to clear any confusion when ordering gluten free items online! 🙌🏼

When ordering online, simply look for the Gluten-Free section of our menu to see all of the dishes available with our GF preparation.

We know ordering with dietary restrictions can sometimes feel like a guessing game, and we want to make the process as clear and easy as possible.

You suggested it, we listened. 💚

One of our guests, Kyle, recently shared a simple idea with us: adding GF markers to our gluten-free dishes so there’s an extra visual confirmation when your food arrives at the table.

We loved the idea — so we’re implementing it! 🙌🏼

You’ll now start seeing these little Gluten-Free picks on our GF dishes as an added way to help distinguish them when they come out of our kitchen.

It may seem like a small detail, but we know how much peace of mind the little things can provide when you have to be careful about what you eat.

This recipe goes all the way back to our China Garden days. Over the years, we’ve learned, adapted, and eventually recreated an old favorite to be gluten-free for our Leslie’s Table.

It quickly became a favorite again — and now we hope it becomes one in your home too. 🥢
