Meet the Teacher Night is basically its own event now ๐Ÿท

Tuesday September 29th 7:45-9:00PM

Come debrief the schedules and supply lists with a few other parents who get it, paired with a glass of w**e of course.

We'll have a seat at the bar waiting.

This past Saturday's Pinot Noir class went further than the name let on ๐Ÿท

We opened in Burgundy, landed in Willamette Valley, and somewhere in between made stops in Germany, Argentina, and New Zealand.
Same grape, completely different story every time.

By the last pour, most of the room had a new favorite region they didn't expect to have.

Next up, "A Saturday Afternoon with Bordeaux"
Saturday, October 17th from 1โ€“2:30pm.

Left Bank, Right Bank, and the art of the blend.
How two sides of the same river end up making entirely different w**es. Seats are limited.

Reserve your spot through the link in our bio.

Fun fact: every bottle on our list had to earn its spot!

At our last w**e class, Jimmy walked the room through how a w**e basically auditions before it ever reaches your glass.
Tasted, debated, and sometimes cut, long before it's poured for you.

Last chance to grab a seat for "A Saturday Afternoon with Pinot Noir"
Saturday, September 19th from 1โ€“2:30pm

We're going from Burgundy to Willamette Valley, plus a few surprise regions that made the cut.

Only a few seats left!
Reserve your spot through the link in our bio before it's too late.

Meet the Nirvana Blush, as pretty as it tastes. ๐ŸŒธ

Grapefruit and rose vodka with pear liqueur and elderflower, lifted with citrus and a soft sparkle, finished with real pansies floating on top.

Light, a little floral, and dangerously easy to order a second round of.

Come try it for yourself. Reserve your table at the link in bio.

Turns out there's an actual formula to tasting w**e and Jimmy walked the whole room through it at our August class, one glass at a time.
Sweet or sour, light or bold, it's less about having the "right" palate and more about knowing what to notice.

Come learn it yourself at "A Saturday Afternoon with Pinot Noir"
Saturday, September 19th from 1โ€“2:30pm

We're going from Burgundy to Willamette Valley, plus a few surprise regions along the way.

Seats are limited, so grab yours before the class fills!

Our August w**e class is still the topic of conversation around here!

Somewhere between the tropical-fruit sips and the debate over which region deserved another pour, the room turned into one big conversation.

We're bringing that same energy back for "A Saturday Afternoon with Pinot Noir"
Saturday, September 19th from 1โ€“2:30pm

We're traveling from Burgundy to Willamette Valley, with a few surprise regions we're saving for the day.

Seats are limited, and if August taught us anything, they won't stay open for long.

Reserve your spot through the link in our bio, we'd love to pour for you.

Our last "Summer W**es" class had full glasses and even fuller conversations ๐Ÿท

Bottles lined up along the bar, a little swirl-and-sniff before each sip, and understanding what food item would match best with which bottle.
That's the kind of afternoon we build these classes around.

The next one's already on the books
"A Saturday Afternoon with Pinot Noir," this Saturday 9/19 from 1โ€“2:30pm

We're pouring our way from Burgundy to Willamette Valley, with a couple of surprise regions mixed in.
These classes stay small by design, so the list fills quicker than you'd think.

Reserve your seat through the link in our bio.

Beer-battered fish tacos just landed on the summer menu. ๐ŸŒฎ

Crispy beer-battered fish tucked into a hard shell, piled high with spicy slaw and finished with a drizzle of Old Bay aioli โ€” crunchy, a little heat, gone in three bites.

Order two, you'll want the second.

Come try them for yourself. Reserve your table at the link in bio.
