Good afternoon, Matey's. I recently received word from Mr. John Campells office that he has to have another procedure done and will not be able to film and produce his show American Eats with us on Friday, September 25th. Our thoughts and prayers go out to him.
I know so many of you planned to be here to support us and share your Gangplank experiences and stories, we were all looking so forward to it. We are so grateful and thankful for all our awesome, amazing guests, we wouldn't be here without you. I hope this message finds you in time because I know a lot of you have to travel so far just to get here. I am going to try and reach out to the guests I know of and how to contact. The crew and I are all thinking of "the guy" is what we called this gentleman for years. He jumps in his truck and drives up from Detroit, MI. He has anywhere from 1 to 3 order of whitefish fingers (not all at the same time, he likes them piping hot) then gets back in his truck and drives back home all in the same day. Today we know him by name, Timothy.
I'd like to thank you all again for you patronage and your praises. It makes all our hard work worth every minute of it.
This is our last week of the 2026 season, hope to see you all soon.
P.S. Just a little heads up for our Taco Salad fans, the Taco Salad is on the menu for this throwback Thursday the 24th!
