Our final day of service was 2 years ago, today.

It feels like just yesterday.

As we have all moved on to other adventures, Dockside will have a special spot in all of our hearts.

We will always have the memories that we made.

Can we talk about how much love we feel from our community? Thank you for sharing your stories, memories and good times you have had with us. 🥰

Sadly, today is our last day at this location.

Here are some things you should know for tonight's dinner service....

1. This night is about the staff. They have worked so hard to make sure we get as many people fed as possible. Today will be hard. It will be even harder for our staff as they live out their last moments in this establishment that has been a part of our community for the last 25+ years. Yes, they are here to serve you because you, are why they are here. Tonight, is also at their pace, and at their capacity. We love our staff ❤ we know you love them, too.

2. We are full on reservations.

3. We are not doing any take out orders. Take out orders have been suspended because our ultimate goal is to serve our community with the faces that have built our business and to the best of our ability and we do not want to stress our staff beyond the capacity that they can do. We love that you are doing what you can to support us. We thank you.

4. We may not be able to answer the phone.

5. Yes, you can try walking in.

6. We are going to party!

The time has come.

Our last day, at this location, will be Saturday, February 25th.

It is sad to say that we have not found a new location for Dockside, yet. Make sure you keep us as your favorite here on Facebook, we will keep you updated!

Happy Valentine's Day!!!!

We have started our special dinner features for the special day. Since we aren't open on the 14th of February because it lands on a Tuesday, we will be celebrating all this week and possibly next week.

Steak Oscar - Filet Mignon, topped with lobster, a mushroom demi glaze and bearnaise sauce.

Salmon Florentine Tortellini - sautéed mushrooms, spinach and onions with Alfredo sauce. Topped with seasoned or blackened salmon.

We rolled out some new Valentine cocktails and mocktails to show the love for the month of February. They are so fun and delicious. 🍓🥤

So, the Dockside is coming to a crossroads. If you have not heard, our building has been purchased by Crooked Creek Brewery. They have been leasing it back to us to give us a chance to find a new Dockside home. However, this has been extremely hard with the difficult times that we have all been living in. During these last few years, we didn't lower our quality one bit nor did we raise our prices to match our purveyors. Instead, we recognized the tough times that we were ALL going through. Tiffany and I sinched our belts and literally passed all we could onto our incredible staff who, without a doubt, has been carrying the brunt. As it sits, the Dockside will be homeless by the end of February. (the exact date to follow a little bit later but I will push it out as far as I can.)

Until then, please come enjoy our food, use up any gift cards you may have and celebrate our staff.

Our Dinner Special: Seafood Au Gratin has Shrimp and Scallops with mushrooms, baked in a garlic white wine cream sauce.

Soup: Chowder - we have a big pot ready for this rainy day

Cocktails - Try a Kentucky Cider, Bulleit, Hot Apple Cider, Whip Cream and Cinnamon
