Hey Friends! 👋 Rebecca here. I'm so sorry if you've been anxiously waiting for our next pop-up dinner at the food truck. I've had my hands full this week with these sweeties, taking care of a sick sow (not the mama here), and everything else on the farm that needs doing every day.

So, unfortunately, I'm going to need to postpone.

Next week, I'm taking a few days away to visit my daughter.

With everything going on in Columbia County this month, between Rainier Days and the Fair, I've decided it's probably best, and most realistic, to say that our next Pop-up Dinner will be August 1st & 2nd.

Sorry to disappoint! But I'm looking forward to seeing everyone then!

We’ll be open for Breakfast ONLY so we can spend Father’s Day with family, but we still want to help you feed yours.

Our famous Meishan Pork Lasagna is available this weekend as a special Take & Bake pre-order.

This is the same lasagna everyone loves from our pop-up dinners — made with tender pasta, our Meishan Pork Italian Sausage, rich tomato sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese — packed into an 8” x 10” x 3” pan and ready for your oven.

Pop it in, bake it up, and serve Dad something special without spending the day in the kitchen.

Feeds 4 hearty appetites, or up to 6 with salad and garlic bread.

Our dinner pop-up will be Saturday only from 4pm to 7pm, and we’re bringing you a Bodega-Style New York Chopped Cheese Sandwich — hot, melty, messy in the best way, and packed with flavor.

And because we’ll be closed Sunday so I can go spend Father’s Day with my dad, we’re helping you bring a little Elemental Acres & Eats home to yours.

Our famous Meishan Pork Lasagna will be available as a special Take & Bake Father’s Day pre-order.
