Well friends, the time has come.

It's with all of your amazing support that we have outgrown our humble little food truck. It's no secret we've been on the hunt for a restaurant space and its time to follow up on a couple of good leads. That said, next Friday March 29th will be our last day in operation at our location in the food pod. We are so grateful for all of the love we have received, great conversations had, amazing friendships made, and all the new curse words we learned from working with Christian for the last 3 years. We truly love you and couldn't have done it without YOU.

At the time of this post our truck is currently still for sale although there are 1 or 2 good possible concepts that might take our truck and pod space, including an investor who is interested in buying the truck and renting/leasing to someone who might not have enough cash to just straight out buy a foodtruck.

More great weather coming up and Kimbo is going to be closed this weekend?......

No worries, we got you covered!

We have more fresh fish to cut tomorrow so we will have more poke bowls. We will have more Loco Moco as well as our full menu available, but we also have another plan.....

Since Saturday and Sunday are supposed to be beautiful and we are going to be closed we will have poke available in 8 oz containers as well some other goodies, like cucumber seaweed salad, so you can go enjoy it in the sunshine this weekend. (Quantities limited so call in).
