Happy New Year Taco Lovers!
I am sitting here on this rainy New Year’s Day feeling an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the amazing year we have had in business. We survived the bird flu egg price hikes, followed by chicken prices going through the roof, and not to mention a Topo Chico shortage! 😬
We were able to stay the course without raising our prices, we added our incredibly popular rice bowls to the menu (the Chipotle Chicken Rice Bowl is one of our top selling menu items!), and each of our Tacos of the Month continue to get multiple requests to make them permanent additions, with Jane, our Lemongrass Pork Banh Mi taco being the most requested. (We also had a Tofu vegetarian version as well as a Banh Mi Bowl!)
Breakfast tacos now have a cult following with people regularly coming from the East Bay, South Bay and and SF to taste the goodness for themselves!
2025 was our first full calendar year open on Main Street and we will celebrate 2 full years open in March!
We are so grateful for all of you who continue to bring our food home to your tables, eat with us here on Main Street, feed your staff breakfast, lunch, and even dinner, celebrate with us for wine release parties, birthdays, anniversaries, wedding after-parties, and hangover brunches, and for all the diehards who come out to the Farmers Markets rain or shine, just to name a few.
2026 looks hopeful because you have made us a Napa Valley mainstay. Your support and fandom have made Ray Ray’s Tacos a brand and product locals and tourists alike have come to love, and share! We have big goals, but most importantly, we will strive to make service and quality preeminent, so Ray Ray’s can continue to be a fun and delicious place to visit in the heart of St. Helena! Thank you all!
