When visiting Napa Valley, track down this little treat! It’s an appetizer called Mozzarella al minuto at Pizzeria Tra Vigne. What you are seeing here is extraordinarily fresh, handmade mozzarella over freshly toasted crostinis, drenched in fantastic olive oil, and seasoned with salt and pepper. Brush the mozzarella with the rosemary sprig for an added punch of flavor. This is one dish you definitely shouldn’t miss! ⁣
