Next Sunday, May 3rd, we look forward to welcoming Graham Wehmeier and Allie Regan of , alongside Brent Wolfe of for our next ICONS & INNOVATORS 🍷 dinner!

The evening will feature Diamond Creek's 50th Anniversary release wines—Gravelly Meadow, Red Rock Terrace, and Volcanic Hills Cabernets—paired with a seasonal, multi-course menu highlighting Wolfe Ranch's exceptional quail and heritage pork.

These commemorative wines bear a special anniversary label showcasing artwork by founder Al Brounstein, created during his Parkinson’s art therapy—adding a deeply personal and historic touch to the evening. Guests will also enjoy rare library selections, culminating in a large format pour to close the night in memorable fashion.

Meet Divina Montesinos, Charlies' Sous Chef. 🤝⁠

Classically trained in Paris and shaped by some of the world’s most demanding kitchens, Divina brings a global, disciplined approach to the craft. A Grand Diplôme graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris and former member of the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, her experience spans Michelin-starred restaurants in France, leadership roles in Los Angeles, and multi-outlet ex*****on at Ojai Valley Inn & Spa.

After a year living and cooking in Italy, Divina developed a deep respect for Mediterranean and Blue Zone cuisine, shaping her philosophy of food as both craft and fuel. An avid runner, she sees food as a way to stay balanced, energized, and connected to her work.
