Get to know our team - here is Angel 💜

Hi, my name is Angel! I started working at Bistro 221 few weeks ago. I really love working here because everyone is so sweet and has made me feel very welcomed.

After high school, I plan to attend a college with an ROTC program and eventually join the military to become an electrician. The military has always been something I’ve been interested in since I was younger, so it’s something I hope to pursue in the future.

I love going on runs, painting, and watching shows. I’m so excited for all the new experiences and opportunities I’ll have in the future, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me!

It’s spotlight time!!! A weekly spotlight of the dishes and drinks we love that you might have overlooked! We are spotlighting our monthly specials that will be here all of October!

This week’s drink is “A berry good day” made with rum, homemade blueberry syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice and cherry Liquor!🫐🍒🍋

This week’s dish is A Mississippi pot roast over rice comes with grilled Brussels sprouts drizzled with a balsamic glazed topped with bacon! 🥘

Get to know our team here is Grayce🩷

Hi everyone! My name is Grayce, and I’m thrilled to be a part of the Bistro team. I was born and raised right here in the heart of St. George, and I’ve been working here for almost a year now. It’s been an incredible experience to get to know our regulars and meet new faces every day.

When I’m not at the Bistro, I’m usually working with digital marketing and home management services. I’m also a member of a networking group in Monks Corner, where I enjoy connecting with like-minded individuals.

In my free time, I love spending time at the beach, playing golf, and cheering on my college football team. GEAUX TIGERS! I can’t wait to have the opportunity to serve you all and make your dining experience memorable!
