After my time with Touch of Tuscany, I have officially stepped away and am no longer affiliated with the restaurant.
I’m incredibly grateful for everyone throughout Southern Utah who has supported me and Chef Hog over the years. After nearly 10 years of serving this community through Chef Hog and our food trucks, I’m excited to get back to what I love—creating great food and serving the people of Southern Utah.
The Chef Hog food trucks will soon be taking on a new Italian-inspired direction as Tuscany Café, featuring homemade fresh pasta, Italian favorites, seafood, and many of the dishes I’ve developed throughout my career.
What I’m especially excited about is bringing some of the dishes and ideas I recently learned while cooking and working with chefs in Iceland back home to Southern Utah. One of those will be an authentic Icelandic Lobster Bisque, inspired by what I learned firsthand in Iceland. It’s a completely different style and flavor than the lobster bisque most people are used to here in the United States, and I can’t wait for you to experience it.
And this is only the beginning. Tuscany Café will also be coming soon as a new restaurant.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out, supported me, and followed my journey. I’m very excited about what’s ahead and can’t wait to share this next chapter with all of you.
Stay tuned—there’s a lot more coming!
