One table. One menu. No idea what was coming next.

When we planned our very first Supper Club, we hoped people would show up.

We never imagined it would become one of our favorite traditions.

Olive was where it all started. A room full of people who trusted us with an evening of great food, good conversation, and a menu they couldn't get any other night.

Looking back at these photos reminds us how far we've come, but it also reminds us why we started in the first place.

To bring people together around a table.

Thanks to everyone who took a chance on that very first dinner. You're part of the story, and we're just getting started. ❤️

Before the burgers hit the grill and the doors opened, this space was nothing but long nights, sawdust, paint, power tools, and a whole lot of figuring it out as we went.

Every bench, every light, every countertop, every little detail came together one project at a time.

Looking back at these photos is a reminder that businesses aren't built overnight.

They're built one late night, one hard decision, and one small win at a time.

We're proud of where Street Eats is today, but we're even more grateful for the journey that got us here.

Street Eats started getting busier than we ever imagined.

Every time we opened the gate to our garage, people were already waiting.

A folding table, black tablecloths, and food coming straight out of the garage somehow turned into one of the busiest pop-ups in town.

Before long, city council members, the mayor, and neighbors from all over St. George were stopping by.

Then the health department paid us a visit.

Turns out you can sell cookies from your house... but not run a full restaurant out of your garage.

That conversation forced us to ask the question we'd been avoiding: What if we opened a restaurant?

It was terrifying, but we found a small space on Dixie and Sunset and decided to go for it.

From the beginning, we wanted it to feel like more than a place to eat.

Every mural, every detail, and every piece of the space was designed to tell the story of where Street Eats came from and the community that helped build it.

When we moved to St. George, I had no restaurant, no kitchen, and no plan.

I started knocking on doors with meal kits, catering menus, and business cards, taking any job I could to keep building.

Eventually, our garage became the kitchen. A grill, a deep fryer, and a pop-up tent were all we had.

Street Eats had been a food truck before, but this time felt different. I wasn't just a better cook-I was a better leader.

We started with birria tacos, late-night burgers, and local pop-ups. One customer became ten. Ten became a community.

That's how Street Eats started all over again. Bigger dreams. Smaller beginnings.
