This is TJ. TJ is a stud. Takes care of youth baseball and football 🏈 in our community for years and years.

Now. He has personally roasted 350 Lbs of mild HATCH NM green chile - for Peppers Cantina and our deserving customers. Every year we will secure our hatch chile from the great people at Harmons. Our neighbors. Harmons 700 S - St George UT.

Every year between Aug 1 and Sept 30 hatch New Mexico releases the best green chili in the world. This is my batch for home. Hot hot hot. Every year Harmons does this exact process for peppers. 300 LBS a year to make the best green sauce and chile verde in the world. But it’s mild. Unless you decide to go hotter.

Tomorrow (Sept 10) we say our final goodbyes to Grandma Peppers. At 84 years old she has gone to Join Grandpa Peppers in their forever. Married for 61 years and now never apart.

A legendary wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Grandma Peppers was always there when you needed her and called everyone she met “Mijo” or “Mija”.

One of my friends told me “it’s always tough when the world loses a good one (“Mom”).

She is preceded in death by her husband Victor M and 2 grandsons.

Thanks mom. We Love you!!!
