Behind every warm popover, perfectly cooked steak, scratch-made soup, and welcoming smile are fresh, local ingredients, treasured recipes, and what feels like millions of hours of preparation and care over the years. Chopping, stirring, baking, washing, ordering, repairing, training—and doing it all again tomorrow.
