A little fun aside from our normal roasting: We hosted Chamber’s NEXT young leaders group and talked about the coffee business, roasting science and brewing. What a neat crew. Great having you, Saint Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce.

Owen and Daniel configured the new roasting area for maximum efficiency—and maximum friendship. 🥹

The new space is really coming together in large part to these guys’ hard work. It feels like home. It’s only been a few months, but we’ve hit the ground running roasting for cafes, wholesale clients, and a boatload of fundraisers. Excited to start posting more regular updates as time allows! 🤞 Thanks for following.

THE ROASTER IS IN THE BUILDING. I repeat: the roaster is in the building.

We’ve been radio silent for a while, but wanted to jump on and post this big milestone! We’re THIS 🤌 close to roasting in our new space, and we’re so thankful.

We have so many people to shout-out, and a bunch of photo dumps of the buildout we’re eager to post. But for now we wanted to share the good news and give a big old THANK YOU to everyone who’s been involved getting this old antique store into a warm, airy coffee roastery.
