Went to Texas Road House the other day and the service was top notch! Food was excellent! I asked to speak to the manager and she came up to me with a defeated look. She looked completely drained. I told everything was amazing and she smiled big and was full of energy. She thanked me big time!
How did we get to this point where complaining is easier that complimenting? Why does some of society feel the need to always point out the little flaws? Why is it infrequent when someone speaks up and says that was a great meal? Or is the greatness always expected? Why do some people get the courage behind a keyboard but don’t say anything face-to-face. Give me your thoughts.
*Note I am not specifically speaking about my restaurant. I am just speaking about complaints in society in the food setting.
