The ice cream truck is back in action and she's running like a top! Thanks to Dalps automotive for getting me fixed up. And THANK YOU to everyone who stopped the ice cream truck on this lovely Saturday! Man, did it feel good to be back on the road and see everyone! Tomorrow, I've been volunteered to move a couple refrigerators and clean out an old apartment, but if I get that all done at a decent time I'll be back on the road again! Well folks, today the bus was taken to an actual professional garage for an assessment. I do not know yet whether this means I will be wrapping up early for the season or if I'll still be able to get out before winter comes. Regardless, I want to thank everyone for their constant support and for another successful year of selling ice cream!! When I started Jack's Snacks 6 years ago, I hadn't seen an ice cream truck in the valley for my entire 35 years of life! Now, all of a sudden, they're everywhere! Wonder where everyone got the bright idea!? I will dedicate this off season to ensuring that the bus is in tip top shape to avoid any lapses in service like we've experienced this year. If it comes to it, I'll buy a whole new rig, but rest assured, I'm not going away anytime soon!! Thank you all again for your understanding and support. I appreciate you all!! And until next time... The ice cream truck is back on the road! Keep an ear out in the FLUSHING/ Country Lake Estates areas this afternoon. Then tomorrow I'll be out and about for Labor day, who's having the cookouts and house parties?! Who wants ice cream?! 😎☀️🍨🍡🍧

my apologies for my absence folks! I planned to hit the streets today, but on top of holding onto inventory to ensure I'm properly stocked for school events, if I'm being honest I've limited driving time until I fix a few mechanical issues with the bus. When I left the house today, I decided to immediately turn around and call it a day. Hopefully I can get it properly fixed this weekend and regardless I intend to make it to all of my scheduled events! Sorry for any inconvenience and I'll keep you all updated! Thank you for all the continued support!
