We are gearing up for Bella’s first Christmas. Our online catering menu is ready for viewing and for you to place your pre-orders. We are offering all those deli favorites frozen pierogi, traditional soups, and sausages this year at Bella, as so many of you have expressed your interest in these!

Two pick up days are available the week of Christmas. Get your orders in early as the deadline is December 15th or until we reach if maximum capacity for pre-orders which happens every year. While DRM has closed...we moved down the street! We are now called Bella European Bistro in St. Charles. Located at 3843 E. Main Street near the Target on the east side of St. Charles.

We offer not only our Polish and German cuisine you have enjoyed at DRM....but so much more...including Italian favorites, homemade pizza, pasta, and French entrees as well.

If you haven't been to our new Bella Euro Bistro....today is the day! For those of you who loved our DRM breakfast sandwiches....they are now at Bella with some new flavor combinations. View the menu below.

Poznanski-Portuguese roll, scrambled egg, slices of smoked Polish kielbasa, option to add sauteed onion and choice of cheese

Americano-Portuguese roll, scrambled egg, Dutch style smoked bacon, and cheddar cheese...option to sub bacon for smoked Polish ham

Croque Madame-Brioche roll, scrambled egg, smoked Polish ham, melted gruyere cheese, and layered with mixed greens

Bella- Portuguese roll, creamy goat cheese, basil pesto, scrambled egg, and roasted red peppers

Siciliana- Portugese roll brushed with basil oil, parmesan cheese, layered with homemade marinara, melted provolone cheese, and a sunny side up egg

Bavarian-Pretzel roll, scrambled egg, swiss cheese, sauteed mushroom & onion, option to add Dutch style smoked bacon or smoked Polish ham

Mediterranean- Multigrain bread, sun dried tomato pesto, provolone cheese, egg whites, mixed greens, tomato, and roasted red pepper.

Hash Brown $1.50-Deep fried and golden brown, dusted with Bella’s signature spice blend

Bella Breakfast Plate $8.99- A plate of two eggs scrambled or sunny side up with your choice of Dutch style smoked bacon or smoked Polish sausage. Option to add cheese to your eggs, and served alongside a golden brown seasoned hash brown............

I was going to do a wine post 🍷and then this handsome guy stepped in . ♥️ Meet Dan, my hubby... and creator, owner, and head chef here at Bella. His first restaurant was built from a passion of his Polish and German heritage ... and now at Bella he and I infused it with a little of my Italian heritage for something truly authentic and unique in St. Charles.
