➡️ Westbound traffic on the Bridge of Lions will detour with right‑turn only onto Avenida Menendez, Fridays–Sundays from 6–10 PM.
🚶 Pedestrian barricades will guide crossings along Avenida Menendez and Cathedral Place.
🚌 The STAR Circulator runs nightly 5 PM–12 AM.
🚖 Rideshare geofencing is enforced Fridays and Saturdays from 5 PM–2 AM.

✨ Today is Light‑Up! Night – Kick Off the 32nd Annual Nights of Lights!

The City of St. Augustine invites you to celebrate the start of the holiday season with the official lighting of the holiday tree and the canopy of live oaks in the Plaza de la Constitución. Join us tonight, Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 6:30 PM for this beloved tradition, continuing through January 11, 2026.

🎶 Entertainment Lineup:
4:00 PM – Showtime USA at Parque de Menendez (City Hall)
5:30 PM – All Star Orchestra at the Gazebo, Plaza de la Constitución
6:30 PM – Lighting Ceremony at the Gazebo, Plaza de la Constitución

🚍 Free Park & Ride Shuttles Skip the hassle and ride for free during Nights of Lights:

✨ North & West Shuttle (1–11 PM)
🅿️ Park at: St. Johns County Health Dept. • Broudy’s Lot • San Marco Lot 📍 Drop‑off: Visitor Information Center (10 S. Castillo Dr.)

King Street: No parking all day on the north side.

Treasury Street: Already closed; will remain closed through the end of Nights of Lights
Cathedral Street: Closed by 5 PM; reopens at 7:45 PM
Bridge of Lions (westbound): Traffic routed north on Avenida Menendez; closed by 5 PM

First Friday Art Walk in St. Augustine — galleries open, streets alive, Saganaki ready. 🎨🔥

On the first Friday of every month, galleries throughout historic downtown St. Augustine open their doors from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (some close earlier) to showcase new exhibits, offer artist receptions, live music, refreshments and a chance to mingle with the local arts scene. 
More than 25 art galleries participate, representing mediums from oil paintings to metalwork, photography, glass art and textiles.

The walk spans multiple art districts: downtown (King Street, St. George Street, Aviles Street), Uptown, the San Sebastian District and even on Anastasia Island. 
Because many galleries are within walking distance, it’s a great “gallery hop” evening. Some free shuttle/trolley service is provided during 6-9 p.m. to link key stops.
