The Manatee Cafe is located just a few miles northwest of historical Saint Augustine, Florida and serves delicious healthful cuisine prepared using pure filtered water, certified organically grown fruits when available, vegetables, grains, legumes, and fresh herbs. We also carry a modest line of breads and dairy, organic coffee's, grocery products!
