This has been a ⚡️BIG⚡️ week for our Chef Ellie Rose!
✨She participated in the Whiskey Wine & Wildlife festival and took home the Best Taste Award: Vegetarian category for her Smoked Carrot & Ginger Bisque! 🏅
✨Historic Coast Culture & The Local Palate featured Chef Ellie and Vilano Main Street Diner in their “Taste Through Time” magazine, a guide to St. Augustine’s dining scene! 🍽️
✨All during opening week at Chez L’amour , an uptown jazz bar, where she’s taken on the role as Executive Chef!💗
✨Vilano Main Street Diner continues to be a work in progress. We’ll keep you in the loop when there is more info on our opening date in the future. In the meantime, if you are looking for an opportunity to try Ellie’s food, head over to 45 San Marco Ave and treat yourself to a beautiful experience.🌹

Vilano Friends!
Our neighbors at Surfside Kitchen (you know, the old Puccini’s) in the Publix plaza have started doing breakfast. 🍳 🥓
We are so excited that someone is bringing y’all more options, while we are in this crazy construction holding pattern. 🚧 (don’t ask… we’ll announce when there is something to announce)
But! You’ve all been asking for more local breakfast and coffee in your area! Please go show them some love & support. Breakfast M-W 8-11am & Brunch on the Weekends. 💃🏽

Red Boat Tours is booking spaces for the boat parade on Sunday, May 21, 2023. They leave from the Vilano Marina and the sunset cruise is BYOB.
🦩 That’s where we come in! We’ll be offering pick up of individual charcuterie boxes and pouches of punch straight from Vilano Main Street Diner that day! Proceeds from the boat tour and the snack packs will all go towards JACK Mental Health Advocacy an amazing organization that has roots right here in Vilano Beach!
