Believe it or not, owning a restaurant does not allow much time to cook! But after 4 years, I miss it! So...I have been test kitchening NY Cheesecake. What a great distraction and teacher of patience it has been! Proud to say, my Homemade NY Cheesecake is now available at Amici Italian Restaurant! Would love feedback to anyone who tries it ❤

We will be serving our Food Mafia Food Truck menu at our sister restaurant Amici Italian Restaurant for lunch starting tomorrow Sunday 7/28 until our food truck exhaust hood unit is fixed.
It's times like these where we need to improvise, adapt and overcome.
