❤️ This week’s specials are a little more meaningful to us.

Before we share them, we want to take a moment to honor someone who will always be a part of the Mimmo’s family.

Connor was so much more than a hard worker—he was goofy, a prankster, and someone who could always make us laugh. We watched him grow from the little boy sitting across the bar with his wonderful parents, always looking forward to his cheeky smile on Friday or Saturday nights, into a young man who became part of our team.

At Mimmo’s he went from dishes to salads to the kitchen, and we were so proud to watch him grow, graduate high school, and go on to the Air Force.

Even after he left, Connor never really left us. We were always talking about him, and every time he came home, it felt like having family back where they belonged. ❤️

We’re going to miss that smile, that goofiness, and the joy he brought into our lives.

So this week, we’re sharing our specials with a little extra love, while remembering Connor and all the memories he gave us.

We will never forget you, Connor. You will always be a part of the Mimmo’s family. ❤️
