The Grind Café VT We are a family owned small town coffee roaster. We take pride in creating a quality product for every brewing need.

With 12 years of coffee shop experience and 5 years roasting, we put all of our knowledge and care into our roast. In starting this business I would really like to just share my love for coffee. I want to let the world have the opportunity to taste some of the best coffees out there and gain understanding for the flavor characteristics of the roasted coffee bean. There are so many different roasts

and brewing methods that can alter the flavor so many different ways. The knowledge that I have gained in my last five years as a barista will help me to make this happen. I plan to study and learn more along the way in order to make my great knowledge and skills the best that they can be. We will be starting our operations in Saint Albans, VT. mid September 2014 and expanding out from there, moving to Burlington next. You will see us at events all over New England by the end of this season. I don't plan on stopping there either, I will be reaching out to the ski resorts and other winter events also. You, the customer will be informed every step of the way via Facebook and just coming to see me.

ATTENTION: to all of our loyal patrons. The Grind, as a cafe will be no longer in business after Nov. 20th! There is good news as well. The Grind Coffee Roasters will continue with fresh roasted bagged coffee and Cold Brew in jars. Those will be available to order online or in person, at The Main Squeeze. But wait... There's more! The Main Squeeze will be expanding to feature café drinks with our coffee, along with house made Mylk options. Keep an eye out for they're plans to be posted soon.

Just grab a bag of our Costa Rican Medium roast and pick up one of these cold brew systems from Brewista. https://amzn.to/2EnCyuq it's the same system we use to get our great tasting coffee at the Cafe. Hey everyone! We are here this week until Saturday... Then we will be closed for 2weeks!👀
The Main Squeeze will still be operating in the time of our absence. They will have our Whole Bean Coffee & Jars of our delicious Cold Brew for sale! We look forward to seeing you again on July 27th when we return. Let us know if we can help you with anything in the mean time.
