Everyone is making sure they snag what they want! We will still have plenty of stock for walk-in traffic (but it will be busy, we think! And this is our first Friday only week as we enter foliage season... after we get some pars under our belts I will have a better handle on how to adjust our walk-in numbers... So if there is something you know you want definitely get a pre-order in, the cheese selection is 😘 this week)

I'll be adding a few more items to the online store today:
🍎 caramel apple shortbread should pop up later..
🧀 We are also getting the Plymouth cheese in today, and when I have it in hand I'll add that too!

This community is awesome! And thank you for bearing with us as we try to bake our butts off but keep our sanity! 🤙😜

It's a behind the scenes madness in the online store right now. And our first inventory separation for the store vs. online, and reorganizing the shop / bake schedules.... Doug did a nice job on our little sign additions outside 😜 and he's working hard to unpack all our deliveries from the week and reorganize our mess of a house after the chaos that long work weeks...

Inspired by our neighbors! Who gave us some beautiful seedless grapes and asked if we had ever made a grape & rosemary focaccia...? 🤔
And I said... Not yet... 😏😜

I guess it's a thing, and for good reason! What a combo. Little tart but sweet pops of grapes with the rosemary! Might be a killer combo with some smoked feta from Maplebrook Farm - in the Trailside cooler people!

A freah batch of pumpkin babka with a cinnamon vanilla sugar swirl just got bagged up and is ready for toasting!
