It’s a labor of love, but it’s well worth it.
House everything - no shortcuts. Kielbasa, frankfurter, slab bacon and pork shank cooked in court-bouillon. Sauerkraut, potato, mustard and the whole spread. This one gets us super excited.
Will be on special from time to time.
