SANDWICH SPOTLIGHT: TX Patty Melt🤠🔥

The TX Patty Melt takes me back to the patty melts I grew up eating—only this version turns up the flavor. We start with premium Texas beef, layer on sweet, slow-caramelized onions, and finish it with a tangy comeback sauce inspired by East Coast cuisine, all nestled between perfectly toasted rye bread. It's a classic comfort food reimagined: rooted in nostalgia, elevated with intention, and proudly Texan.

SPOTLIGHT OF THE WEEK: The Jasper County Turkey Club 🥪

"The inspiration for our turkey club came from my own experience growing up eating them for lunch while working out at my grandparents farm!"

We first take our sourdough, toast it in grass-fed butter, pile it high with our house smoked turkey breast, then layer tomatoes, house made pickles, avocado, bacon, and iceberg lettuce, and slather our dijonaise before we close it with the last piece of toasted sourdough.

Think of a traditional turkey club with elevated ex*****on!

GOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!! Happy Friday! I hope everyone had a fabulous Memorial Day Weekend last week, but let's get this weekend party going! On our socials, we are going to start posting a weekly spotlight on one of our food items that goes into detail on where the inspiration for this item came, the ingredients, and a special note from our chef.

To kick off this series, we have our most ordered item, the Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich.

The inspiration for our Pulled pork sandwich came from my love for Carolina BBQ whose staple is whole hog. I thought, “How could I pack the flavor of Whole Hog BBQ into a sandwich?” and there the idea of the Carolina pulled pork sandwich was born.

Slow smoked pork butt, crispy cracklings, a Carolina and Texas fusion BBQ sauce, and a traditional coleslaw to top it all.

As mentioned previous, it is our most popular menu item! If you want to see what the hype is all about, come grab a bite!
