💚 A Little Pause, A Lot of Gratitude 💚
To my amazing customers, friends, and supporters,
For the past two years, I’ve poured my heart into building and operating The Salad Bar, often carrying the weight of it largely on my own while balancing a full-time career, catering events, family responsibilities, and community commitments.
During that time, I’ve experienced victories, challenges, long days, and difficult moments. One of the hardest was losing a dear friend who was more like a sister to me. Even through that loss, I kept pushing forward, showing up, and doing my best to keep everything moving.
But I’ve learned that you can’t pour from an empty cup.
It’s time for me to take a much-needed physical, mental, and emotional break to rest, recharge, and simply take care of myself.
✨ The Salad Bar will be closed for the week and will reopen on June 17th.
Thank you for your continued support, patience, encouragement, and grace. Every order, every share, every recommendation, and every kind word has helped keep this dream alive.
This isn’t goodbye—just a brief pause.
