Valerie's Downtown want to say a BIG Congratulations to the Saginaw United Phoenix boys varsity basketball team on their first ever Division 1 District title this past Friday night (defeating the Heritage Hawks 74–64)!! 👏🏽🎉

With the district title secured, the Phoenix now advance to regional play. Saginaw United will face Rockford on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Alma High School as they continue their postseason run.

Congratulations to our student-athletes, their families, and coaching staff on this awesome accomplishment; best of luck in the next round!💚
