Founded by a Saginaw native and alumni of the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District, our coffee is roasted right here in the heart of Saginaw.

After months of development, I am very excited to announce the newest coffee in my lineup: the Saginaw Blend. It's a smooth, medium-dark roast built on grit and growth, and 10% of every bag goes straight to Community Link, the nonprofit behind the success of the Saginaw Farmers Market.

Without the Saginaw Farmer’s Market, I don’t think my little coffee roastery would have grown to where it already is today (and continues to grow). It's been an incredible journey of meeting new people and introducing those people to the wonders of fresh, locally roasted specialty coffee.

First, TWO NEW COFFEES. These two have been a long-time coming, especially after the temporary de-listing of the Sumatra Dark Roast. Both of these will be available this Saturday at the Saginaw Farmers Market!

Papua New Guinea - A bold, brooding dark roast from the highlands of Papua New Guinea. Deep bittersweet chocolate leads into rich pipe to***co and smoky cedar, finishing clean and dry, like strong black tea. Full-bodied and grounding, this makes a cup of weight and character.

Brazil - A smooth, easy-drinking coffee from Brazil’s Chapada de Minas. Roasted peanut leads the cup, layered over roasted granola and a soft, nutty sweetness. Comforting, familiar, and endlessly sippable.
