Coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia is prized for its floral, citrus, and tea-like flavor notes, which gives a very different coffee experience from "the norm".

Coffee Updates!

☕️ Sample Packs - I'm almost done putting together sample packs. Soon, you'll be able to order sample packs on the website. This should make it a lot easier and more affordable for people to try out the different coffees that I order without having to buy a full bag of each one. These packs will either be pre-determined or "Build Your Own", but this isn't finalized just yet. These sample packs will start to be available at future market events, too.

☕️ Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is COMING BACK! The beans are on the way and ordering should be available for it very soon. I'll make another post when it's officially available - expect this to be Wednesday or Thursday.

☕️ Sumatra Dark Roast - Unfortunately, the current stock I have of Sumatra is the last that I will have for a while. A cyclone had a significant impact on the Sumatra region in Indonesia, causing severe flooding, landslides, and damage to infrastructure. While the Sumatra coffee will (hopefully) see a return in the future, the exact "when" is unknown. However, I am already working on an alternative for a dark roast, so stay tuned for that.

The opening day for the Saginaw Farmers Market was a big success! I am looking forward to the year and everything that it will bring.
