We will have brisket, sausage and Texas twinkies up for grabs!!! Tw***ies will need to be preordered.

Tw***ies are 5$ each
Brisket is 28$ lb
Sausages are 5.50$ each

1 meat plate 15.50$
2 meat 19$
3 meat 22.50$

Each plate comes with 2 sides!!

Sides this weekend will be corn casserole, charro beans, and Mac n cheese!

Brisket brisket brisket!! We are now taking preorders for Mother’s Day. We are only going to be offering whole briskets to keep my wife from having to raise a hand on Sunday.

If you would like to place an order for Mother’s Day pickup, we are requiring a 55$ deposit due by Thursday night. The remaining 100$ will be due on pickup Sunday afternoon. Total will be 155$ and briskets will be around 8/9lbs.

Briskets will include a side of sauce, pickles and jalapeños.

Once again thank you all for the continued support. And get the mother in your life some delicious smoked meats.

We will have all 3 this Sunday (April 19)from noon to 5pm. They can be had individually or as a single (15$), double (18.50$)or triple (22$) meat plate. Each plate comes with 2 sides.

We are going to keep it short and sweet. We are cooking for pickup on the 22nd!

Brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. À la carte or on a plate with 2 sides. Mac n cheese and corn casserole.

Single meat plate 15$
Double meat plate 18$
Three meat plate 21$

Brisket 150$ whole or 25$ lb
Links 4$ each (jalapeno cheese and mild)
Pulled pork 65$ whole or 15$ lb

Get your orders in! We will make extras for the last minute additions but a preorder will ensure your order.

Whole proteins will require deposit and the rest on pickup.

And back to our regularly scheduled programming. The weather might look sad and dreary for this weekend, but your tongue will be jumping for joy when you pickup your order this weekend!

That’s right! We will have our double patty smashed burger, with or without grilled onions, served on a toasted sesame seed martins potato bun.

And our RIB sandwich is making its triumphant return! St. Louis cut ribs smoked, tenderized and served boneless atop the same Martins roll.

Either can be had for 8$! These are limited and when we run out we are out.

Pair these with one of our 2 side offerings this weekend for 10$!! (Mac n cheese or potato salad)

We will be rocking and rolling rain or shine Sunday March 8th from noon to 4pm. So get your preorder in and get locked in! Pickup will be in the 76179.

Do you want to be the popular one who brings delicious bbq to the party!!? Well you are in luck!

We are now taking preorders for the big game!! All orders will need to picked up superbowl Sunday (February 8th) by 4pm. Will need deposit for orders over 100$.

Menu will include

Pork belly burnt ends 23$lb

Texas Tw***ies 5$ each

Sausage 4.50$ each link (mild, jalapeno cheese, Texas Tw***ies, and our new hot link)

Ribs 30$ rack

Brisket 28$ lb
or 155$ for whole brisket (55$ deposit required for whole)
