Sorry everyone had some trailer issues heading to Midland, we won’t be able to open today sorry for any inconvenience.

Hey everyone the Battle Bites wagon is back in Midland today at Clock & Candle Brewatorium

Such a great little Brewery, if you haven’t checked them out, get it done!

Today for the Fall season we have Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, it’s made with a dark roux and just the right amount of spice.

Also on the menu new is Cajun dirty Noodles, think lo mein but with a Cajun twist.

I have Chili started, check with me to see if I got it made in time.

Zero-Day Veteran Powered Food Truck will be at Clock & Candle Brewatorium
Sunday from 2pm until 7pm or we sell out.

Come try our new hit Cajun dirty cabbage, think dirty rice but with cabbage. Ground beef, sausage, bell peppers celery and onions seasoned just right. Have it as a base instead of rice or Mac, or just have it as a side

Also I did a pot of pit beans made with pinto beans, pulled pork and other goodie’s try them on top of rice for a great filling bowl

American Legion Post 439 - Saginaw

Opening kickoff — American Legion
Thursday and Friday we will be at the Legion with the Battle Bites trailer.
If you serve veterans, stop by. We will get you a meal.
That means navigators, VSOs, VJO, mentors.
It also means mental health and counseling. Peer support. Treatment court. Church and post volunteers. Anyone in this community whose work is a veteran’s next step — housing, a claim, a session, a ride, a job.

You carry the weight all year. Let us feed the people who do that work.
