Going to start using this page because Facebook decided to delete my Beef Shanker page. SMH I had tons of good material there too.

Anyway I broke my own rule and used foil. These are pork ribs soaked 2 in El Pato yellow and 2 in green. This is a brothers recipe and it's amazing. Playing with it but getting his way down pat first.
