Happy Monday and thanks to all who supported Southern Fresh this past week. It was a rainy one but rainy days make for great meals at Southern Fresh

We're closed Monday and Tuesday and are looking forward to serving you Wednesday through Sunday

Afternoon all. We hope you're enjoying Mother Nature's beautiful display of Florida'ness

The much needed rain has set our BBQ schedule back a bit and we won't have ribs till later today.
We think they'll be worth a little waitin'

We're gonna salt cure these bad boys for a bit

Now we give them a dust of togarashi spice blend mixed with our house seasoning blend before giving them a nice hard sear on a cast iron skillet to create the soon to be famous Southern Fresh smoke and char ribeye.
