All our fresh, smoked meat products are homemade in our kitchen in Safety Harbor, Florida. Our quality control begins by first assembling the very best ingredients: the best quality fresh meats and all-natural spices. After carefully combining these, following family recipes, we smoke all our meat products with vintage hickory wood using formulas used by famous sausage makers in Europe for decades. Our expert curing and smoking techniques produces meat infuses our products with a distinctive, delicious flavor that will stay fresh and delicious in your home. Fresh kakaós csiga is in the case today.

Hungarian cocoa snail. Soft yeast dough rolled with a cocoa-sugar swirl, baked until the edges are golden and the middle is still tender. The pastry every Hungarian kid grew up on. Coffee on the side is not optional.
We bake them the old way, same kitchen as the kolbász and the kifli.

😳 Old World European Deli & Bakery Hidden (LITERALLY HIDDEN!) in Safety Harbor for over 40 years!🤯

The First Quality Sausage House is, with zero exaggeration, one of the most remarkable places in all of Tampa Bay. Everything in the is place is prepared with meticulous care and attention.

The meats ground down, cured, and smoked have been imported. We were there for a little over a hour and they must have sold 20 lbs of the fried bacon! People just kept walking in and picking up 1-4lb per order 😳

Their baked goods…omg that poppy seed loaf, the apple, just everything. Amazing.

We tried so many of the meats and pastries we didn’t even get to the hot prepared items that change out week to week.

They are only open Thursday, Fri, and Sat but you can order online as well.
