We are humbled beyond words. To have a little seafood market in the old Safety Harbor post office named among the 50 best restaurants in America, alongside the incredible culinary talent here in Tampa Bay and all across the country, is something we’ll never take for granted.

This one belongs to every single one of y’all who has pulled up a chair, shucked with us at happy hour, and believed in what we’re building. Thank you to the New York Times for this recognition, and thank you all for getting us here.

Jon breaks it down on why our grouper isn’t a perfect rectangle! It’s wild caught, the last hunted protein on your plate, so every fish comes out of the water different and we cut every fillet by hand (because we care) No two are the same, and that’s the point 👏🏼
